Alright, so it's been a while since I've posted. Basically, I've been in Jackson for about five days so far. Things are going well and I'm really excited to get started on a story or two. Here's a sample of what I've been working on, and I'll try to update this more regularly. Thanks for looking.
The governor came to town promoting a high speed railway that will come through Jackson.

Alternative Spring Break, hence forth referred to as ASB, has proved to be an amazing experience so far. We're staying at the Lovely Lane United Methodist Church in north Baltimore. It's the "mother" of all American Methodist churches apparently. More on that to come later.

On Sunday we went to D.C. as part of our free day. As always it was lovely, though without the presence of Lauren, which sucked.

The people I'm with are beautiful and really diverse. It's a great start to a great week.
